Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Registered Nursing License in Massachusetts is required.
• Clinical nursing experience 2–3 years is required.
• Previous Level I ED and/or ICU experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Elicits patient information from referring physicians and outside facilities to enable proper triage and placement.
• Coordinates and triages patient transfers using established tools and algorithms.
• Acts as a liaison to ensure continuity of care for patients and families.
• Performs initial nursing assessments including intake, history, and education needs.
• Coordinates with providers and staff to support timely and appropriate clinical decisions.
