We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.**Job Summary**Bed Access Nurse Manager / Full Time 36Hours / BWH Boston Main Campus This position involves managing capacity and access, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely patient care, and working to coordinate and optimize all incoming hospital transfers and referrals for the system and triage patients, reducing transfer delays, balancing the flow of transfers, and coordinating standardized transfer pathways.
