Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks two mid-level Project Management Office professionals to support an Integrated Project Management Office in Beaverton, Oregon. You will coordinate project activities, maintain schedules and reporting, track milestones and budgets, and ensure consistent execution of established PM processes.

The ideal candidates are organized, proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams, communicate with stakeholders, and provide accurate visibility into project performance.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in PMO coordination, project controls, or program support.
• Experience supporting multiple projects within a structured corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, milestones, and performance reporting.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Ability to develop and maintain project dashboards and status reporting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience identifying risks, tracking action items, and coordinating deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities within an enterprise PMO structure.
• Maintain integrated project schedules, milestone trackers, and status reports.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Coordinate project updates with internal teams, PMs, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalates schedule delays, budget variances, resource conflicts, and risks.
• Prepare project dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages for management.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, risk registers, and change tracking.
• Facilitate project meetings and track action items through completion.
• Support standardized PMO procedures and governance requirements.
• Assist PMO leadership with resource coordination, portfolio analysis, and prioritization.
