Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Beauty Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care, provide personalized beauty and wellness guidance, and create a welcoming in-store experience. You’ll showcase products, offer mini-makeovers, and share knowledge to help customers look and feel their best.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, advising on skincare and cosmetics, demonstrating products, supporting promotions, and maintaining department standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; retail sales experience with defined sales goals is a plus.
• Experience building relationships within a team and delivering excellent customer care.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Models and shares customer care best practices; determines customer needs and informs options.
• Provides expertise in product demonstrations and consultations for skincare and beauty products.
• Leads in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Maintains department standards, hygiene, and inventory; processes sales at the register.
