Job summary

Walgreens is hiring a Beauty & Wellness Consultant in the United States to provide exceptional customer care and drive sales across the beauty department. You will deliver personalized consultations, product demonstrations, and mini-makeovers to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, and guiding them to the right solutions while participating in events and promotions, maintaining department standards and a positive store presence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in retail sales meeting defined sales goals is preferred.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer care best practices; determines customers’ needs and informs them of options.
• Greets and engages customers to identify needs and promote appropriate products and services; provides warm transfers when needed.
• Provides expertise in product demonstrations and consultations using tools such as skin hydrometer and tablet.
• Leads in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty of Owned Brands, Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Builds relationships with customers and ensures authentic closure of interactions.
• Engages with omni-channel solutions to enhance customer engagement and experience.
