Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and personalized beauty advice. You may perform mini-makeovers and skincare consultations, while showcasing product knowledge across brands to meet customer needs.

You will lead in-store events, build lasting customer relationships, and uphold overall department standards. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with retail sales experience or experience selling beauty products.
• Ability to meet sales goals and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of products and brands to engage customers and meet needs.
• Basic PC/tablet skills and willingness to learn store systems.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Proactively determine customer needs and inform about options; facilitate warm transfers when needed.
• Demonstrate product applications and provide consultations using tools like Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and store loyalty across Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, ensure hygiene and a clean, organized area.
• Support omni-channel engagement and assist in inventory management and promotions.
