• Models customer care best practices by asking questions to determine needs and informing customers of options.
• Lead and demonstrate products, including makeup applications and skincare consultations, using appropriate tools.
• Maintain beauty department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
• Process sales at the register and review performance with store leadership.
