Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care in the beauty department. You will greet customers, assist with products, and provide personalized skincare and makeup advice, including mini-makeovers and consultations.

You will also support demonstrations, promotions, and events to drive brand awareness and loyalty across Beauty, Wellness, and Personal Care. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent experience in retail sales with goals.
Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English required.

Responsibilities

Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty consultations, including demonstrations and mini-makeovers.
Lead in-store events to promote brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
Build relationships with customers and provide personalized care and recommendations.
Maintain department standards, manage testers, and support inventory and hygiene practices.
