Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and expert product guidance in-store. You will participate in product demonstrations, mini-makeovers, and skincare consultations to help customers achieve their total look.

The role emphasizes building brand awareness, meeting sales goals, and maintaining department standards while collaborating with store leadership and teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; retail sales with sales goals preferred.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and makeup applications when needed.
• Engage customers, upsell and promote promotions and brand events.
• Assist with in-store events to promote Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Maintain clean, organized department and proper hygiene standards.
• Operate cash register and process purchases accurately.
