Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year in retail sales meeting sales goals OR 1 year in selling beauty products and providing customer care.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and self-motivation.
• Knowledge of products/brands to engage customers and meet needs.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.
• Basic PC/tablet skills and comfort with store systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, greet and assist, resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate care by asking questions to identify needs and informing customers of options.
• Provide product demonstrations and skincare consultations using available tools.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and ensure hygiene compliance.
