Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and experience in retail sales or cosmetics.
• Ability to meet sales goals with little supervision.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to engage customers.
• Ability to build relationships within a team.
• Basic PC/tablet skills.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product assistance to ensure a positive experience.
• Model customer care best practices and guide needs-based recommendations.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
• Demonstrate product applications using tools like the Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Maintain department hygiene, stock testers, and ensure organized displays.
• Process sales at the cash register and support omni-channel engagement.
• Comply with regulations on regulated products and store policies.
• Collaborate with store leadership to review goals and share knowledge.
