Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in retail sales meeting sales goals or beauty/cosmetics customer care.
• Ability to work with little supervision and escalate when needed.
• Knowledge of products/brands and ability to engage customers.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products, resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Provide beauty consultations and demonstrations with tools like Skin Hydrometer.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and total beauty offerings.
• Maintain department hygiene, stock testers, and ensure compliance.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and promote promotional items to customers.
• Process sales at checkout and support omni-channel engagement.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team on goals and training.
