Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to enhance customer care across the beauty department. You will greet customers, recommend products, and perform mini-makeovers and skincare consultations.

You’ll lead in-store events, share expert advice, and partner with leadership to maintain high standards of presentation and service. Ideal candidates bring retail experience, beauty knowledge, and a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with retail sales experience
• Experience selling beauty or cosmetic products and delivering customer care
• Knowledge of products and brands to engage customers
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within a team
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico)

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge through consultations and demos (Skin Hydrometer, tablet)
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty
• Maintain department standards, hygiene, and inventory
• Collaborate with store leadership and participate in promotions and trainings
