Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in retail sales or proactively selling beauty products and providing customer care.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of products and brands to engage customers and meet needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by greeting and offering assistance; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide consultations using tools like Skin Hydrometer/tablet.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Build relationships with customers and provide authentic, courteous service.
• Ensure department is clean, stocked, and compliant with hygiene standards.
