Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer care in a friendly, efficient store environment. You will perform skincare consultations, mini-makeovers, and product demonstrations using tools such as the Skin Hydrometer and tablet, while upholding department standards and promoting Owned Brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of experience in a retail sales environment or selling beauty products with customer care
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and escalate when needed
• Knowledge of products/brands to meet customer needs
• Experience building relationships within a team
• Basic PC/tablet skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English

• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance; resolve issues to ensure positive experience
• Model customer care best practices; determine needs and inform customers of options
