Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Beauty & Wellness Consultant to deliver exceptional customer care and drive sales in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, assist with beauty products, and provide consultations using in-store tools to enhance the total look.

The role requires flexibility, knowledge of beauty brands, and a team-oriented approach to maintain standards and participate in promotions across Owned Brands and wellness categories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year in retail sales or proactively selling beauty or cosmetics with customer care.
• Ability to meet sales goals with minimal supervision or independently.
• Knowledge of products/brands to engage customers and meet needs.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with products and services, resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and provide consultations using available tools.
• Lead in-store events to promote brand awareness and loyalty.
• Maintain department cleanliness, stock testers and comply with hygiene standards.
• Process sales at the register and participate in promotions and programs.
• Collaborate with store leadership and engage in omnichannel initiatives.
