Job summary

Walgreens Co. seeks a Beauty Consultant to maximize sales and deliver exceptional customer care in a friendly, professional manner. You will conduct skincare consultations, product demonstrations, and in-store events to promote Brand awareness and loyalty across beauty, wellness, and personal care.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, retail sales experience meeting goals, and strong English communication with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year in retail with sales goals.
• Experience proactively selling beauty/cosmetic products and customer care.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and escalate when needed.
• Knowledge of beauty products/brands to meet customer needs.
• Builds and maintains positive team relationships.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Model customer care, identify needs, and suggest relevant options.
• Provide skincare consultations and product demonstrations using tools.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and loyalty.
• Maintain department standards, hygiene, and stock; support asset protection.
• Process sales at the register and participate in meetings about programs.
