Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year in a retail sales environment with a defined sales goal or selling beauty products and providing customer care.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to meet objectives.
• Knowledge of beauty products and brands to engage customers.
• Experience building relationships within a team.
• Basic PC/tablet skills and willingness to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Demonstrate products and consultations using tools like testers or displays.
• Lead in-store events to promote brands and total Beauty, Wellness and Personal Care.
• Maintain department standards, stock testers, and keep the area clean and organized.
• Process sales at the register and participate in meetings about programs and promotions.
