Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of experience in a retail sales environment or beauty/cosmetics sales.
• Experience working with goals and meeting sales targets with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models best customer care practices and informs customers of options to meet needs.
• Provides product demonstrations and consultations using tools like Skin Hydrometer and tablet.
