Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage candidate slates.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retail roles across NA.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and support ongoing hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback between candidates and TA Managers.
• Draft offers and support compensation validation within approved budgets.
