LVMH Beauty North America is hiring an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to support two TA Managers. You will source, pipeline, coordinate interviews, and manage administrative tasks for corporate and retail roles.

The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, delivering a superior candidate experience, and maintaining data integrity across ATS platforms. Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience across corporate and retail/field roles.
• Experience in high-volume sourcing and candidate pipelining.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills with data accuracy and process adherence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team oriented and proactive.
• Luxury/beauty or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retail/field roles using LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, LVMH Talent, job boards, and other channels.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines to support hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates; present qualified profiles to TA Managers for review.
• Support university relations to build early-career talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders; ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Post and maintain job listings on LinkedIn and LVMH careers site.
• Collect and organize interview feedback; facilitate debriefs and offer letters guidance.
• Draft offer letters and support compensation validation in line with budgets.
