Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience spanning corporate and retail/field roles.
• Demonstrated experience in high-volume sourcing, candidate pipelining, and recruitment coordination.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data accuracy abilities.
• Team-oriented and proactive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retail/field roles via LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, LVMH Talent, and other channels.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates; present qualified profiles to TA Managers.
• Support university relations to build early-career talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders for a seamless process.
• Post and maintain job listings on LinkedIn, the LVMH careers site, and other platforms.
• Collect and organize interview feedback; facilitate debrief scheduling and notes.
• Draft offer letters and assist with compensation validation within budgets.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS, Excel trackers, and HR databases.
• Report recruitment metrics and support quarterly/annual data collection.
