Job summary

LVMH Beauty North America is seeking an Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to support two Talent Acquisition Managers. The role emphasizes sourcing, candidate pipelining, recruitment coordination, and administrative excellence across corporate and retail/field roles to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

You will assist onboarding, reporting, and compliance while maintaining ATS data integrity and collaborating with HR partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, ideally spanning both corporate and retail/field roles.
• Experience in high-volume sourcing, candidate pipelining, and recruitment coordination.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel; strong data integrity and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment; luxury, beauty, or retail a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retail/field roles using LinkedIn, SmartRecruiters, LVMH Talent, job boards, and other channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, post and maintain job listings, collect feedback, and support offer letter drafting and compensation validation
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process and partner with HR Generalists and hiring managers for onboarding handoffs
• Maintain ATS and HR databases, track onboarding milestones, capture recruitment metrics, and support quarterly and annual reporting
• Represent LVMH Beauty at external events, career fairs, and support university relations and internal mobility tracking as directed
