Qualifications

• 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in corporate and retail/field roles.
• Experience in high-volume sourcing, candidate pipelining, and recruitment coordination.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organizational skills and data accuracy with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and build talent pipelines for corporate and retail roles using multiple channels.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across stakeholders and maintain job listings.
• Collect and organize interview feedback and facilitate debriefs.
• Draft offer letters and support compensation validation within budgets.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS platforms and HR databases; report recruitment metrics.
