Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and ensure shelves are stocked, the store remains clean, and tasks are completed efficiently. You’ll assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet goals and maintain high guest service standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow procedures. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; complete assigned tasks.
• Support the MM and OM through performance, people, and process focus.
• Follow policies, procedures, and standards; adhere to dress code.
• Assist with merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
