Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence and support sales drivers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks to ensure a smooth guest experience. The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store fixtures are stocked and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow operational procedures.
• Adhere to dress code and Ulta Beauty policies.
• Complete tasks related to shipments, replenishment, and inventory procedures.
• Protect company assets and provide excellent guest service.
