Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in achieving retail goals. You’ll execute planograms, resets, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty’s technology and standards, while providing exceptional guest service.

Eligible employees may receive benefits and overtime as required. This role requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock and ensure product is available for purchase.
• Follow store processes, compliance standards, and procedure.
• Support merchandise managers with inventory and resets.
• Provide excellent guest service and loss prevention.
