Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of all operational processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code and policies, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
