Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandising, and guest service. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance targets.

The role requires attention to detail, flexibility to work varied shifts, and the ability to work independently or with a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to drive sales performance.
