Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to deliver on store operations, keep fixtures stocked and the store clean, and execute assigned tasks. This role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include merchandise resets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring testers are available. A flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory by keeping fixtures stocked and area clean.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance and processes.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures.
• Keep work area replenished, signed and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Uphold store standards, guest service, and loss prevention practices.
• Handle other operational tasks as directed.
