Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring products are available, shelves are stocked, and the store remains clean and compliant. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager by focusing on performance metrics, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow processes. Flexible shift patterns and participation in ongoing training help drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and shipments, merchandising sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support MM and OM through performance, people, and process.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory, and shipments using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, faced, and testers available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets via loss prevention and guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
