Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver an exceptional guest experience by keeping fixtures stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned operational tasks. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager and follow procedures to drive store performance.

Must be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or POS experience is a plus and basic tech skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring products are available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and complete inventory procedures and related tasks.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
• Provide exceptional guest service and support shipment and replenishment processes.
