Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help keep fixtures stocked, the store clean, and operations running smoothly. You will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics, processes, and guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment, including early mornings and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain regular attendance and a positive guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and brand/category education to support sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology.
