Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence in our store. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet goals and ensure a great guest experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and about 1 year of relevant experience, with basic technology skills and the ability to work well

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean to ensure product is available for purchase.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance, people, and process goals.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments using Ulta Beauty tools and best practices.
• Maintain shop areas and testers, and uphold overall store standards.
