Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to help keep fixtures stocked, the store clean, and operations running smoothly. You’ll support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, maintain product availability, and follow store procedures to deliver strong guest experiences.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork, problem solving, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology: POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for the task dashboard and operations processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
