Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support daily operations, keep the store stocked, and maintain cleanliness to ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role collaborates with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to follow procedures and uphold standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Apple devices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting/exceeding store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance/execution goals related to task dashboard and timely completion of operations (shipment, replenishment, inventory).
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand/category education and sales performance.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing.
