Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Atlanta seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors, Lead Cashiers, and more. You will drive top-line growth across categories, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage store operations with a focus on engagement and training.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong coaching skills, and the ability to lead, influence, and develop a diverse team to achieve APG metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced, retail management or related experience.
• Finance: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, payroll budgets.
• Retail management: inventory control, operations, service culture, merchandising.
• Leadership: attract, develop and motivate top talent.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel and shrink.
• Drive profitability by addressing underperforming metrics and leveraging programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver guest experiences and sales goals.
• Review, analyze and react to financial and operational reporting.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
