Ulta Beauty is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers. You will drive top-line sales growth across categories, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain store operations and compliance with SOPs.

This role requires a drive for results, outstanding guest service, and the ability to coach and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 2-3+ years of fast-paced retail management.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Leadership: attract, develop, and motivate talent and lead teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth and exceptional guest experience.
• Plan and execute in-store events and partnerships to drive sales.
• Review financial and operational reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, and attendance.
