Provide personalized beauty consultations and services to customers in the Nordstrom Beauty department, focusing on makeup, skincare, and luxury fragrance. Engage customers both in-store and digitally to build loyalty and drive sales while collaborating with the store team to maintain an inclusive, customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products to meet customer beauty goals
• Engage customers to build relationships and followings in-store and via digital channels
• Set and achieve individual sales goals and use selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in rewards accounts
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and product presentation in the department
