Engage customers both in-store and digitally to build a loyal clientele and drive sales. Maintain department standards through organization, product knowledge, and collaboration with brand partners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer beauty goals.
• Engage customers proactively, build relationships, and grow a customer following in-store and via text and social media.
• Set and achieve individual sales goals and participate in digital selling and store events.
• Book appointments, drive sales for beauty events and services, and collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards account enrollment.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, including makeup application, skincare, and current industry trends.
