Job summary

Sephora in Honolulu (HI) is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to drive store performance by coaching a diverse team, delivering exceptional client experiences, and modeling Sephora’s service standards. You’ll lead by example, mentor colleagues, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment.

In this full-time, hourly role, you’ll manage daily operations, assist with inventory and merchandising, and ensure peak scheduling coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
