Job summary

Sephora Hawaii is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to guide a team, elevate client experiences, and exceed store goals through coaching and collaboration.

You’ll foster an inclusive, high-performing environment and lead by example in beauty retail, with a client-first mindset and strong product knowledge.

This full-time role at our Waikiki store includes a schedule that covers nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance through client engagement, expert product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop through onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product expertise, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to empower everyone.
• Uphold Sephora standards and follow company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
