Sephora in Honolulu seeks a Sales and Service Leader to guide a team, elevate client experiences, and exceed sales goals. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and foster an inclusive store culture.

This full-time role requires 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll train staff on service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives while maintaining inventory and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals
• Drive store performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and recommendations
• Coach for growth with ongoing feedback and development
• Train and develop onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives
• Execute daily operations, assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork; promote a culture of openness
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies for a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
