Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to hit goals.
• Strong sales and client service capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to absorb product knowledge and train others.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive store performance through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Provide ongoing feedback and development to elevate team performance.
• Train onboarding and continuous service excellence, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives.
