Job summary

Sephora at 488 Menlo Park Mall in Edison, NJ is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to coach and empower a team, deliver exceptional client service, and exceed store goals.

You’ll drive performance through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and inclusive leadership. This full-time role requires 30–40 hours weekly, with availability nights, weekends, and holidays, and offers hourly pay of $28–$32 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire, coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance and contribute to store success through client engagement and product knowledge.
• Coach for growth by providing feedback and developing team talent.
• Train and develop, onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations, assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and policies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
