Job summary

Sephora in Bloomfield Plaza (2218) seeks a Sales and Service Leader to coach a team, elevate client experiences, and drive sales.

You’ll lead by example, manage daily store operations, train colleagues, and uphold Sephora standards while fostering an inclusive, guest‑focused environment.

This full‑time hourly role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, and physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
