Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Sales and Service Leader at the NJ-Ocean County Mall store in Toms River, NJ. You will lead by example to inspire your team, elevate client experiences, and drive store performance through coaching, collaboration, and a client-first mindset.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, deliver personalized recommendations, coach for growth, and ensure Sephora standards are upheld. The role demands flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals.
• Strong sales and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
