Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers in Williston, VT.

You will drive top-line sales growth, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and manage store operations, events, and payroll with a focus on performance and brand standards. The role requires 2–3+ years in fast-paced retail management, strong leadership, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; retail management experience is a plus
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising directives
• Leadership: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent and leading a team

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, Prestige Beauty Advisors, and Lead Cashiers to deliver top-line sales growth
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and adherence to brand standards
• Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
• Monitor performance metrics (NPS, sales, labor, inventory) and adjust staffing and operations accordingly
• Provide coaching and development to staff to improve guest service and sales results
• Maintain store standards, compliance, and loss prevention measures
