Qualifications

• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: experience attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change and leading others.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet or exceed Ulta Beauty’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Drive profitability by identifying underperforming metrics and developing strategies leveraging company programs and resources.
• Plan and execute in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience and drive sales.
• Review and react to financial and operational reporting, store visit and audit results.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and enforce the attendance policy.
