Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skincare and nails. You will advise customers, demonstrate products, and promote promotions while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Candidates should have 1+ years in retail sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work varied hours. Product knowledge training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and manage inventory issues.
